At Technumb, we provide digital services including website development, WordPress customization, and digital marketing. As such, we do not ship physical products.

1. Nature of Service Delivery

All services purchased from Technumb are delivered digitally. Delivery methods include:

• Websites: Uploaded directly to your hosting server or provided via a zip file/GitHub repository.
• Marketing Reports: Sent via email in PDF or Excel format.
• Consultations: Conducted via Google Meet, Zoom, or Phone.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on the scope of the project and are agreed upon before the commencement of work. General estimates are:

• Basic Website: 5 - 7 Business Days
• Custom Development: 14 - 30 Business Days
• Digital Marketing Setup: 3 - 5 Business Days

Note: Timelines commence only after the receipt of all necessary content and credentials from the client.

3. Proof of Delivery

Completion of service is confirmed via email. For websites, the "live" status of the URL serves as proof of delivery. For marketing services, the monthly performance report serves as proof of service execution.

4. Delays

Technumb is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers (e.g., domain registrars, hosting downtimes) or delayed client feedback.
