2. Services & Pricing

Technumb offers web development, WordPress customization, and digital marketing services. Prices for services are described on our website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to change the prices of any services at any time.

3. Payment Terms

Advance Payment: For custom projects, a 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to commence work.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project and before the final transfer of assets/credentials.
Currency: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will hold the rights to the website/design created. Technumb reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Technumb, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services.
