Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Technumb, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services and custom development, we have specific guidelines for refunds and cancellations.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment if the project work has not yet commenced. In this case, a full refund of the advance amount will be issued.
- After Work Commencement: If you wish to cancel the project after work has started, the advance payment (50%) will be forfeited to cover the resources and time already utilized.
2. Refund Policy
- Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued for projects that have been completed and approved by the client.
- Service Failure: If Technumb is unable to deliver the project as per the agreed-upon scope of work, a full refund (including the advance) will be issued.
- Timeline Delays: Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of content, credentials, or feedback) are not grounds for a refund.
3. Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer).
- The refund process typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.
